The “Hybrid Athlete” model is the future of durability. I won’t tell you to quit the gym; I will optimize your schedule so your lifts support your running rather than fight it. We will structure your hard running days to align with your hard lifting days to maximize recovery windows. You build the engine (cardio) and the chassis (strength).
