Apps give you a plan. I give you a partnership. An app doesn’t care if you have a stressful week at work or if your shin hurts. I do. There is a difference between a PDF and an experienced USATF Level 2 certified human coach.

It comes down to your timeline.
Choose the Retainer if you want ongoing high-performance management without a specific “end date.” This is best if you race multiple times a year or simply want to maintain peak fitness year-round.
Choose the Accelerator Protocol if you have a specific “A-Race” (like the London or New York Marathon) on the calendar. This is a closed-container project designed to peak you perfectly for that one specific day. It includes the “extras” (Strategy Call, Fueling Plan) that are critical for race day success.

Absolutely. The Varsity Tier is simply a budget-friendly option to make elite programming accessible. If you are a student but want the daily WhatsApp support, form analysis, and race strategy calls, you are welcome to sign up for the higher tiers.

It’s simple. After you apply, I will ask for a photo of your current Student ID or for you to email me from a valid .edu address. Once verified, I will send you the unique registration link for the Varsity rate.
